Du mutisme aux phylactères
Résumé
Nous faisons connaissance dans cet article avec Thomas, un adolescent autisque et mutique, qui va progressivement s'exprimer dans les phylactères de ses bandes dessinées au cours des séances, tout en investissant le cadre dans un mouvement transférentiel qui n'est pas sans rappeler ceux sur lesquels nous pouvons venir buter dans certaines analyses. L'auteur s'interroge sur le rapport de Thomas au langage et au corps dans leur étroite relation avec les affects dépressifs archaïques de séparation.

In dit artikel leren we Thomas, een autistische en mutistische jongeling, kennen. Tijdens de zittingen gaat hij zich gaande weg uitdrukken via de ballonnetjes van zijn stripverhalen. Dit gaat gepaard met een overdrachtsontwikkeling waarbij het behande-lingskader geînvesteerd wordt. Op iets gelijkaardigs stoten we in bepaalde analyses. De auteur vraagt zich af hoe Thomas zich verhoudt tot de taal en tot zijn lichaam in hun nauwe samenhang met de archaïsche depressieve affecten waarmee de scheiding gepaard gaat.

In the article, we get to know Thomas, a mute, autistic adolescent, who comes progressively to express himself in the balloons of his comic strips during his sessions, while investing the framework of his treatment in a transferential motion reminiscent of what we may run up against in certain analyses. The author poses some questions concerning Thomas's way of relating to language and to the body, so closely linked to the depressive affects of separation.
