L'auteur envisage les problèmes de maniement technique posés par l'apparition d'actes dans les analyses et les psychothérapies analytiques d'adultes et d'enfants. Entre la "mise en acte", ensemble de manifestations agies chargées de signification, et les "actions-décharges" du registre de l'économique, la clinique donne à voir des agis dont il reviendra au thérapeute d'apprécier les composantes sous-jacentes : court-circuitage de la mentalisation, rupture du processus mais aussi message plus ou moins symbolisé. La compréhension de l'importance relative de ces paramètres dicte le choix de l'interprétation qui sera faite de l'agi. Mais cette compréhension peut être biaisée par des interférences dues au contretransfert du thérapeute tout particulièrement sollicité par les agis.

In dit artikel onderzoekt de auteur de problemen die ontstaan in diverse psychoanalyses en psychoanalytische psychotherapieën van zowel volwassenen als kinderen, wanneer bepaalde acten zich voordoen. Meer in het bizonder gaat zij na hoe dergelijke acten behandelingstechnisch moeten benader worden.
Tussen enerzijds het "in daden gestalte geven" ; een geheel van geageerde verschijnselen beladen met een betekenis ; en anderzijds "daden als ontlading" die meer tot het register van het psychisch-economische behoren, ligt er het hele tussengebied waar we in onze klinische arbeid mee te maken krijgen.
Het is de taak van de therapeut om uit te maken welke onderliggende componenten precies aan het werk zijn ; gaat het om een kortsluiting van de mentalisatie, een breekpunt in het proces, of ook om een boodschap in min of meer symbolische vorm.
Het begrijpen van de relatieve belangrijkheid van deze parameters zal de interpretatie aanwijzen die men aan het geägeerde zal geven. Maar dit begrip kan worden aangetast door storende invloeden vanwege de tegenoverdracht van de therapeut die bizonder sterk door het ageren wordt gewekt.
Summary
The author looks at problems of technical management presented by the appearance of acts in psychoanalyses and psychoanalytic therapies of both adults and children. Between "enacting" which includes all those manifestations in acts charged with significance, and "discharge-actions" at the economic level, the clinical material will show acts in which the therapist will have to evaluate the underlying elements : short circuiting of mentalisation, rupture of process, but also messages more or less symbolised. An understanding of the relative importance of these parameters determines the choice of the interpretation which will be made of the act. This understanding may however be biaised by the interferences to the therapist's counter-transference particularly provoked by acts.
