Résumé
La responsabilité par rapport au(x) parent(s) malade(s) instaure la nécessité de maintenir un état de non-séparation qui a sa configuration propre : les représentations du corps, de l'espace et du temps en sont affectées de même que le fonctionnement de l'identification projective et de la pensée. La culpabilité oedipienne, dans cet état de chose, ne peut apparaître qu'après une ré-élaboration de la séparation dans le transfert.

De verantwoordelijkheid die we tegenover de zieke ouder(s) nemen, noodzaakt er ons toe een toestand van niet-scheiding te handhaven die zijn eigen configuratie heeft : de voorstellingen van het lichaam, de ruimte en de tijd worden er door beïnvloed, evenals het functioneren van de projectieve identificatie en het denken.
De schuldgevoelens verbonden aan de oidipale situatie, kunnen in deze omstandigheden slechts te voorschijn komen na een terug verwerken van de scheiding in de overdracht.
Summary
The responsability with regard to the sick parent(s) establishes the necessity of maintaining a state of non-separation which has its own configuration : the representations of the body, of space and of time are affected by it as well as the functioning of projective identification and thinking. In this state of affairs, oedipal guilt can appear only after the re-elaboration of the separation in the transference.
