Le traumatisme de la naissance psychique

Samenvatting
La naissance psychique (ou plus justement la naissance «à» la vie psychique dans les régimes originaire) ne se superpose pas tout à fait à la césure manifeste de l’évènement de la naissance physique. D’une certaine manière la naissance à la vie psychique précède cette césure, comme à d’autres aspects et sur d’autres niveaux elle en découle et la prolonge ou lui succède (parfois de manière bien éloignée de l’acte de naissance proprement dit). Nous nous arrêtons dans cet article sur cet écart, cette tension, et cette différence… Mais aussi sur le processus même et les particularités de fonctionnement (entre corps et psyché et entre intrapsychique et intersubjectif) des régimes de symbolisations primaires, d’émergence du sujet comme de la matière psychique elle- même et de l’épaississement du Moi dans la trajectoire pulsionnelle, et donc des modalités de naissance à la vie psychique. Peut-être plus fondamentalement tentons nous de montrer ici (en revenant sur et en dépassant la notion de « traumatisme de la naissance » chère à Rank) sur l’économie traumatique de la naissance psychique, autant que sur la valence économique et traumatique des fonctionnements originaires du coté de la naissance du sujet, dans son double lien au corps et à la psyché (de l’autre).
Psychisch geboortetrauma
De psychische geboorte (of juister ‘het ontstaan van het psychisch leven’) overlapt niet noodzakelijk met de ingrijpende gebeurtenis van de fysische geboorte. Op één of andere manier gaat het ontstaan van het psychisch leven aan de fysische geboorte vooraf, terwijl het op andere vlakken en op andere niveaus er op volgt of er uit voorvloeit (en dit soms op een manier die veraf staat van de eigenlijke geboorte). Wij staan in dit artikel stil bij deze spreidstand, deze spanning, dit verschil…Maar we staan ook stil bij het proces zelf en de specificiteit van het functioneren (tussen lichaam en geest en tussen het intrapsychische en intersubjectieve) van de primaire symbolisering, bij het ontstaan van het psychisch subject en de groei van het IK op driftmatig vlak, dus bij de ontstaansmodaliteiten van het psychisch leven zelf. Misschien trachten we hier meer fundamenteel iets te tonen van de traumatische energie van het ontstaan van het psychisch leven (terugkerend naar en voorbij de notie van ‘geboortetrauma’ van O. Rank) en van het economisch en traumatisch karakter van de functies die aan de oorsprong liggen van de geboorte van het subject in zijn dubbele connectie met lichaam en geest.
Psychic birth trauma
The psychic birth (or more correctly the birth «to» the psychic life in the diets originating) does not quite superimpose itself on the manifest caesura of the event of the physical birth. In a certain way the birth to the psychic life precedes this measure, as in other aspects and on other levels it follows from it and prolongs or succeeds it (sometimes in a way far removed from the actual birth certificate). We stop in this article about this gap, this “tension”, and this difference … But also on the process itself and the peculiarities of functioning (between body and psyche and between intrapsychic and intersubjective) of the regimes of primary symbolisation, of emergence of the subject as of the psychic matter itself-even from the thickening of the Self in the pulsational trajectory, and thus from the birth modalities to the psychic life. Perhaps more fundamentally we try to show here (going back on and beyond the notion of «birth trauma» dear to O. Rank) on the traumatic economy of psychic birth, as much as on the economic and traumatic valence of the functions originating from the side of the birth of the subject, in his double connection to the body and the psyche (of the other).
