Realiteit : geschapen, waargenomen, geconstrueerd, of opnieuw gevonden?

Reality : created, perceived, constructed, or found again ?

The question of reality has accompanied psychoanalysis since its beginnings and sexual trauma as the etiology of hysteria that Freud had to question. The weight and nature of the trauma weighs in the indication and possible risks of the analysis. If the confrontation with neurosciences is necessary today and is faithful to the Freudian approach, it is better to specify the epistemological fields. Childhood autism helps us to unmask the false evidence of reality for the psyche. French psychoanalysis has greatly developed the consequences of the importance of erogenous zones for the psychic construction, in particular anality. Following Lacan who questioned Freud’s bodily source of the impulse, Jean Laplanche claims a psychic transmission of the sexual by maternal enigmatic signifiers. Options on psychic birth guide the psychoanalyst’s counter-transferance towards the parents. Another controversy, between Viderman and Pasche, focused on the possibility of accessing via psychoanalysis to the reality of the subject’s history, an issue that remains topical in each cure.
