La clinique de l’IVG présente une constante: un besoin criant d’espace de parole et de réflexion, qu’il concerne les femmes vivant cette expérience ou des professionnels impliqués dans sa pratique. Les deux auteurs partagent leur expérience d’une écoute analytique des impacts de cet acte, jamais anodin, qui engage de part et d’autre tous les fantasmes liés à l’engendrement humain. La première partie de l’article développe l’émergence des effets souterrains d’une IVG dans une thérapie analytique classique. La seconde partie se concentre sur un travail de supervision analytique d’une équipe de planning familial.

De abortuskliniek heeft één constante factor: een schreeuwende behoefte aan ruimte om te praten en na te denken, of het nu gaat om vrouwen die deze ervaring beleven of om professionals die betrokken zijn bij de praktijk. De twee auteurs delen hun ervaring met het analytisch luisteren naar de gevolgen van deze nooit onbeduidende daad, die aan beide zijden alle fantasieën in verband met de geboorte in zich opneemt. Het eerste deel van het artikel beschrijft het verschijnen van de onderliggende effecten van een abortus in een klassieke analytische therapie. Het tweede deel richt zich op de analytische supervisie van een gezinsplanningsteam.

The abortion clinic has one constant factor: a crying need for space for speech and reflection, whether it concerns women living this experience or professionals involved in its practice. The two authors share their experience of an analytical listening of the impacts of this act, never insignificant, which engage on both sides all the fantasies linked to human generation. The first part of the article develops the emergence of the underground effects of an abortion in a classical analytical therapy. The second part focuses on the analytical supervision of a family planning team.
