Il appartient au clinicien d’y installer un espace potentiel de transformation psychique, porté à l’extérieur par un cadre sur mesure, suffisamment contenant pour y assurer sa fonction symbolisante et dont le processus est assuré par l’intériorisation d’un cadre interne. Le jeune clinicien, éprouvé par un sentiment de grande solitude face à ces nouvelles présentations cliniques, pourra expérimenter tout au long de son processus de formation, les potentialités transformationnelles de « la capacité d’être seul en présence de l’autre » telle que la décrite Winnicott.

The article underlines the different differences between the external reality, witness of the new modalities of expression of the psychic suffering in infanto juvenile clinic and the internal reality.
