Violences familiales et limites de la clinique : comment ouvrir un espace pour penser la souffrance ?

Dans cet article, l’auteur développe certaines hypothèses à propos de la clinique des enfants violents. En s’appuyant sur différentes références théoriques et deux vignettes cliniques, elle propose une approche thérapeutique incluant différents niveaux d’interventions selon un gradient particulier à chaque situation particulière. La nécessité de garder une position analytique dans ces différents temps d’intervention lui semble essentielle mais cela nécessite une grande vigilance contre-transférentielle et un travail d’élaboration personnel permanent.

In dit artikel ontwikkelt de auteur verschillende hypotheses met betrekking tot gewelddadige kinderen. Ze stelt een therapeutische benadering voor, zich baserend op meerdere theoretische referenties en twee klinische vignetten, die de verschillende niveaus van interventie verenigt volgens een gradiënt eigen aan de klinische situatie. Het belang van een strikte analytische houding tijdens deze verschillende momenten van interventie lijkt haar vanzelfsprekend, doch dit veronderstelt een grote tegenoverdrachtelijke waakzaamheid en een voortdurende persoonlijke bewerking.
Summary
In this article, the author develops certain hypotheses concerning clinical work with violent children. Based on different theoretical references and two clinical examples, her proposed therapeutic approach includes different levels of interventions, according to a gradient particular to each specific situation. The need to maintain an analytic position in these different moments of intervention seems essential, but that necessitates great counter-transference vigilance and a permanent effort of personal working-through.
