Résumé
A travers une illustration clinique, les auteurs décrivent certains paramètres du travail psychothérapeutique chez les enfants psychotiques. Dans un premier temps, les efforts portent sur le processus d'individuation.
Au moment de l'instauration de la reconnaissance de l'objet total, le matériel met en scène non pas un mais deux personnages, le père et la mère. En outre, l'apparition du père s'accompagne d'un gain dans la symbolisation, constatation qui incite à des interrogations théoriques.

Aan de hand van een klinisch voorbeeld, beschrijven de auteurs bepaalde parameters van het psychotherapeutisch werk met psychotische kinderen. In een eerste fase probeert men de individuatieprocessen te bevorderen.
Op het ogenblik dat de herkenning van het totale object to stand komt, zien we het kind, in wat het in zijn behandeling aanbrengt, niet één maar twee personages ten tonele voeren, de moeder en de vader. Bovendien brengt de verschijning van de vader een aanzienlijke vooruitgang met zich mee in het symbolisatieproces. Deze laatste vaststelling leidt dan tot allerlei theoretische vraagstellingen.
Summary
Through a clinical illustration, the authors describe certain parameters of psychotherapeutic work with psychotic children. At first, the effort is directed towards the individuation process. Whenever the recognition of the wole object is established, the material shows that not only one, but two persons, the mother and father, take the stage. Furthermore, the appearance of the father is accompanied by an extension in symbolization, an observation which urges the raising of theoretical questions.
