Prologue au roman familial dans les suivis de PMA
Résumé
Cet article traite de la nécessité à fonder un Prologue du roman familial dans les consultations de PMA, auprès de femmes qui désirent s’engager seule dans la maternité.
Comment aider ces patientes à visiter leur propre légende familiale et à intégrer la figure du donneur anonyme dans la constellation généalogique de leur futur enfant afin que celui-ci puisse à son tour créer fantasmatiquement son propre récit des origines en s’inscrivant dans deux lignées fatalement asymétriques mais certainement présentes ?
L’intégration de la représentation du donneur dans les rencontres catalyse « en amont » le travail psychique avec les futures parturientes. En effet, l’évocation du donneur agit comme un sésame qui ouvre des pans de la vie psychique de la patiente ; elle libère les associations fantasmatiques, les réminiscences, les affects chez la patiente et devient un garant de la pensée et de la quête de vérité. Le donneur constitue un tiers qui, bien qu’il puisse apparaître comme une ombre, étrange et étrangère, dans la chaîne généalogique apporte une lueur quant au dégagement de l’unique appartenance à la filiation maternelle.

Dit artikel bespreekt de noodzaak om een Familieroman Proloog te stichten in Medisch Ondersteunde Voortplanting overleg met vrouwen die alleen moederschap willen aangaan. Hoe kunnen we deze patiënten helpen om hun eigen familielegende te bezoeken en de figuur van de anonieme donor te integreren in de genealogische constellatie van hun toekomstige kind, zodat deze op zijn beurt fantasie kan creëren zijn eigen oorsprong verhaal door zich in te schrijven in twee asymmetrische maar zeker huidige lijnen? De integratie van de vertegenwoordiging van de donor in de vergaderingen katalyseert “stroomopwaarts” het psychologische werk met de toekomstige bevallen vrouwen. De evocatie van de donor werkt inderdaad als een sesam die delen van het psychische leven van de patiënt opent; het bevrijdt fantasie associaties, herinneringen, beïnvloedt en wordt een garantie voor het denken en voor het zoeken naar waarheid. De donor is een derde partij die, hoewel hij kan verschijnen als een vreemde schaduw in de genealogische keten, een glimp geeft over de vrijlating van de enige die tot de moederlijke filiatie behoort.

This article discusses the need to found a Family Novel Prologue in Medically Assisted Procreation consultations with women who wish to engage in motherhood alone.
How can we help these patients to visit their own family legend and integrate the figure of the anonymous donor into the genealogical constellation of their future child so that the latter can in turn phantasmal create his own story of origins by enrolling in two fatally asymmetric but certainly present lines?
The integration of the representation of the donor in the meetings catalyses “upstream” the psychological work with the future parturient women. Indeed, the evocation of the donor acts as a sesame that opens up parts of the patient’s psychic life; it liberates phantasmal associations, reminiscences, affects and becomes a guarantor of thought and of the search for truth. The donor is a third party who, although he may appear as a strange and foreign shadow in the genealogical chain, brings a glimmer as to the release of the only belonging to the maternal filiation.
