Névrose infantile et névrose de transfert : un inéluctable décalage
Résumé
L’auteur présente un exemple clinique de reconstruction d’une névrose infantile. Le matériel ainsi apporté permet de questionner la désuétude actuelle de la notion de névrose infantile, et le sort identique de la notion de névrose de transfert aujourd’hui peu utilisée et subsumée sous la question du transfert. Le lien entre les deux formations psychiques est discuté pour souligner leur décalage dans la cure. La notion de névrose infantile a été élargie par Khan et est ici présentée comme le point de consolidation de l’immaturité psychique infantile en lien avec le pouvoir auto-traumatique du développement du moi et de l’instauration de la réflexivité.
Infantiele neurose en transference-neurose: een onvermijdelijke verschuiving
De auteur presenteert een klinisch voorbeeld van wederopbouw van een infantieleneurose. Het aldus gebrachte materiaal laat toe het huidige onbruik van het begrip infantieleneurose te ondervragen, zoals het identieke lot van het vandaag weinig gebruikte begrip van overdrachtsneurose, verdronken in het algemene vraagstuk van de overdracht. De band tussen beide geestelijke vorming wordt besproken om hun verschuiving in de kuur te onderstrepen. Het begrip van infantieleneurose werd door Khan uitgebreid en is hier voorgesteld als het punt van consolidatie van de geestelijke kinderonrijpheid in verband met de zelf-traumatische macht van de de ontwikkeling van de Ego en de invoering van de reflexiviteit.
Infantile neurosis and transference neurosis: an uneven overlap
Starting from a clinical example of a reconstructed infantile neurosis, the author discusses the rather obsolete notion with its controversial counterpart, the transference neurosis. Both notions are challenged nowadays as pertaining to earlier times. The bonds between these notions are discussed to stress their uneven overlap in the unfolding of an analysis. Khan has stretched the notion of infantile neurosis which is presented here as the acme of infantile immaturity related to development of the ego and intellectual functioning catching the psychosexual development with an auto-traumatic potential. That phase is hall-marked by the onset of “reflexibility” installing the self as an object.
