Manifestations psychopathologiques aiguës rapportées aux « névroses de caractère »
Résumé
Cet essai retient des hypothèses sur la pathogénie des « névroses de caractère » à partir du déni précoce d’une défusion avec l’objet primaire non clairement identifié et de l’existence d’un réseau d’objets vivants de la réalité prenant une valeur imagoïque.
Ce réseau constitue le lieu de déplacement de la motion pulsionnelle du patient à partir du soi en raison d’un moi encore immature. Sa réception, par ses membres, est suivi d’une élaboration collective prenant valeur de rêverie maternelle.
De plus, le réseau joue le rôle de prothèse préconsciente qui supplée ainsi la carence élaborative du patient. Cette prothèse, même non reconnue comme telle par les intéressés, permet d’assurer au patient un narcissisme basal.
Le « nœud gordien » que représentent ces patients rend très aléatoire le traitement de fond.

Deze verhandeling weerhoudt hypotheses aangaande de pathogenese van de « karakterneurosen », daarbij vertrekkend van enerzijds de vroegtijdige ontkenning van de defusionering van het primaire, niet-geïdentificeerde object, en anderzijds van het bestaan van een netwerk van levende objecten uit de realiteit die een imagogische betekenis krijgen.
Naar dit netwerk worden de pulsionele bewegingen van de patiënt verplaatst en dit bij gebrek aan een mature ik-ontwikkeling. Na ontvangst hiervan gebeurt er een collectieve bewerking door de verschillende leden van dit netwerk in de zin van een “rêverie maternelle”.
Bovendien speelt dit netwerk de rol van voorbewuste prothese die de mentale incapaciteit van de patiënt vervangt. Deze prothese, zelfs indien ze niet alsdusdanig erkend wordt door de betrokkenen, laat aan de patiënt toe een basaal narcissisme te verzekeren.
De “gordische knoop” die deze patiënten voorstellen maakt een degelijke behandeling van hun problematiek erg moeilijk.
Summary
This essay retains hypotheses of the pathogenesis of “character neurosis” starting from the early denial of de-fusion with the primary object which is not clearly identified and of the existence of a network of living objects in reality which take on the value of imago.
This network consists of a place where the instinctive movement of the patient is displaced from the self, because of a still immature ego. Its reception by the members of the network is followed by a collective working through which takes on the value of maternal reverie.
Furthermore, the network plays the role of a preconscious prosthesis which compensates for the patient’s inadequate capacity for working through. This prosthesis, even when not recognised as such by the protagonists, allows one to insure the patient’s basic narcissism.
The “Gordian knot” these patients represent makes in-depth treatment very uncertain.
