Cet article montre l'intérêt de la visée formative de "groupes de réflexions sur les premiers entretiens". En effet, ils permettent de montrer l'existence d'un "mini-proces¬sus" où à la fois l'écoute, le cadre et la relation transfert-contre-transfert sont au centre de la réflexion.
Samenvatting
Hier wordt het belang voor de opleiding in de welzijnssector en de psychotherapie onderstreept van groepen die reflecteren over de eerste inleidende gesprekken met patiënten. Duidelijk wordt dat daarin een miniproces ontstaat waarin terzelfdertijd het luisteren, het kader en de relatie overdracht-tegenoverdracht in het centrum van hun bezinning komen te staan.
Summary
This article shows the importance for training purposes of groups that concentrate on the theme of the initial appointments. In fact, a sort of "mini-process" occurs in these groups which can then become the focus of thinking around the listening, the setting and the transference, contertransference relationship.
