L’hallucination négative dans la clinique
Résumé
Cet article a pour intention d’approcher la pluralité du concept d’Hallucination négative élaboré par A. Green par des illustrations puisées dans nos situations cliniques. L’Hallucination négative présente deux pôles, le structurel et le défensif. Il y a celui qui oeuvre à la création de la structure encadrante, assise du narcissisme primaire et matrice des représentations et identifications futures, et celui qui préside à l’effacement, plus ou moins drastique, des perceptions inconciliables ou insupportables pour le psychisme. Elle contribue de la sorte à l’économie pulsionnelle de la psyché depuis le commencement.

Dit artikel wil de veelzijdigheid van het door A. Green ontwikkelde concept Negatieve Hallucinatie benaderen aan de hand van illustraties uit onze klinische situaties. De negatieve hallucinatie heeft twee polen, de structurele en de defensieve. De ene bewerkt het creëren van de kaderende structuur, de fundering van het primaire narcisme en de matrix van toekomstige voorstellingen en identificaties, en de andere is verantwoordelijk voor de min of meer drastische uitwissing van onverenigbare of ondraaglijke waarnemingen voor de psyche. Zo draagt ze vanaf het begin bij tot de driftmatige economie van de psyche.
THE NEGATIVE HALLUCINATION IN THE CLINICAL PRACTICE
This article will develop the diversity of the concept of Negative Hallucination described by A. Green with our clinical illustrations. Negative Hallucination stresses two polarizations, the structural one, and the defensive one. There is the one, which promotes the creation of the “structure encadrante”, foundation of the primary narcissism and matrix for the future representations and identifications, and the other one which removes, more or less strongly, the incompatible or unbearable perceptions for the psyche. It contributes in that way to the instinctual economy since the very beginning.
