Résumé
Il existe un potentiel hallucinatoire, toujours là, fourvoyé dans diverses psychopathologies, qui peut être accueilli et transformé dans l’analyse, sous la forme d’un hallucinatoire de transfert. Une telle théorie rend intelligibles et cliniquement utilisables les forces « sensibles » de vie et de mort qui lient, séparent, transforment les rapports présence-absence, représentation-perception, dedans-dehors, soma-psyché et patient-analyste.
Samenvatting
Er bestaat een hallucinatoir potentiaal, steeds daar en zich manifesterend in allerlei vormen van psychopathologie, welke zou kunnen opgevangen worden en getransformeerd in de analyse onder de vorm van het hallucinatoire in de overdracht. Dergelijke theorie onderbouwt het klinisch gebruik van "gevoelige" krachten van leven en dood, die verbindend en scheidend kunnen zijn. Krachten die de verhoudingen aanwezigheid-afwezigheid, voorstelling-waarneming, binnen-buiten, lichaam-geest en patient-analyst transformeren.
Summary
A hallucinatory potential exists, always present, straying among diverse psychopathologies, that can be welcomed and transformed in analysis, in the form of transference hallucination. Such a theory renders intelligible and clinically useable the “sensitive” forces of life and death that link, separate and transform the relations of presence-absence, representation-perception, inner-outer, soma-psyche and patient-analyst.
