À travers le récit d’un atelier d’écriture mené dans une institution psychiatrique avec des patients schizophrènes, l’auteur questionne le travail de création poétique en lien avec les processus primaires et le travail onirique du Moi inconscient. Une question centrale de l’article est : quelle place peuvent prendre les mots dans la symbolisation primaire, alors qu’ils sont en général le propre de la symbolisation secondaire ?

Aan de hand van het verslag van een schrijfworkshop in een psychiatrische instelling stelt de auteur vragen bij de poëtische creatie in relatie tot primaire processen en het droomwerk van het onbewuste zelf. Een centrale vraag van het artikel is welke plaats woorden kunnen innemen in de primaire symbolisering, terwijl zij doorgaans het eigen- dom zijn van de secundaire symbolisering ?
Summary
Through the account of a writing workshop conducted in a psychiatric institution, the author questions the work of poetic creation in relation to primary processes and the dream work of the unconscious self. A central question of the article is what place words can take in primary symbolisation, whereas they are generally the property of secondary symbolization?
