L’analyste mâle et le transfert maternel
Résumé
L'activation transférentielle d'une imago différente de celle du genre biologique de l'analyste soulève souvent certaines particularités dans le déroulement de la cure. Le transfert maternel génital sur un analyste mâle est examiné suivant trois points de vue : l'aspect clinique selon le sexe de l'analysant, les facettes du contre-transfert et la répercussion générale sur le fonctionnement analytique lors de la mobilisation d'une imago plus refoulée chez l'analyste.
Samenvatting
In de overdracht kan een imago opgewekt worden dat verschillend is van het biologisch geslacht van de analyticus. Dit ligt aan de basis van bepaalde bizonderheden die zich dikwijls in de loop van de behandeling kunnen voordoen.
De genitale moederoverdracht op een mannelijke analyticus wordt vanuit een drievoudig standpunt onderzocht : het klinisch aspekt in verband met het geslacht van de analysand ; de facetten van de tegenoverdracht en de algemene weerslag op het analytisch functioneren wanneer een meer verdrongen imago bij de analyticus gemobiliseerd wordt.

Cross-gender transference albeit taken for granted, often raises some particular features in the unfolding of the analysis. The maternaI genital transference upon a male analyst is studied from three viewpoints : the clinical aspects according to the sex of the analysand, the upsurge of countertransferential reactions and the general impact on the analyst's analytic functioning at the moment when a more deeply repressed imago is mobilised
