Poursuivant sa réflexion, l'auteur montre, en s'appuyant sur un texte de WINNICOTT, l'importance du fantasme dans la construction de la réalité.
Il propose l'idée qu'un fantasme ne comporte pas seulement une part défensive dominée par le principe de plaisir, mais qu'il contient aussi une part constructive qui aide à décoder la réalité.

Verder nadenkend over de realiteit, wijst de auteur op de belangrijkheid van het fantasma in de opbouw ervan. Hij steunt zich daarbij op een tekst van Winnicott.
Hij brengt de idee naar voor dat een fantasme niet alleen een defensieve bedoeling heeft, geditkeerd door het lustprincipe, maar ook aan konstruktief deel bevat dat helpt de realiteit te ontcijferen.
Al deze theoretische beschouwingen brengen hem er tenslotte toe enkele bedenkingen over de analytische zitting te formuleren.
Summary
In continuation of his reflections, the author demonstrates the importance of fantasy in the construction of reality, based upon a text of Winnicott.
He puts forward the idea that a fantasy comprises not only a defensive part dominated by the pleasure principle but that it contains also a constructive part which helps to decode reality.
Some reflections concerning the analytic session emerge from these theoretical considerations.
