- Parmi les héritiers de la théorie de Jean Laplanche, l’auteure a sélec- tionné des moments théoriques chez Dominique Scarfone et chez Christophe Dejours. Du premier, il sera question de l’actuel impassé qu’il importe de repérer pour distinguer dans l’écoute du patient ce qui est présenté de ce qui est représenté. Quant à la pulsion sexuelle de pouvoir proche de la pulsion d’emprise, elle permet de dissocier les déviances consensuelles des déviances non consensuelles et éclairent d’un jour nouveau la violence et la sexualité d’aujourd’hui. C’est la troi- sième topique et l’inconscient amential développés par Christophe Dejours qui seront ensuite présentés ; ils permettent de généraliser les notions de clivage, de vulnérabilité somatique et éclairent les risques de décompensations majeures.
