Imaginaire et symbolisation
Résumé
L’auteur défend le primat de l’imaginaire. Au départ, l’imaginaire originaire catalyse la psychogenèse, pour en même temps en être castré de sa toute-puissance et faire place à deux configurations : l’imaginaire magique, repère des résidus imaginaires archaïques, et l’imaginaire symbolisant, fonction de symbolisation par la représentation associative porteuse de significations, à l’œuvre dans de nombreux processus psychiques tels que la recherche de sens, la symbolisation par le jeu et surtout la rêverie maternelle.

De auteur verdedigt het primaat van de imaginaire orde. In het begin katalyseert het oorspronkelijk imaginaire de psychogenese. Tegelijkertijd wordt ze gecastreerd van haar almacht en maakt zo plaats voor twee configuraties : het magische imaginaire, verwijzend naar de resten van het archaisch imaginaire, en het symboliserende imaginaire. Deze laatste heeft een symboliserende functie door haar associatief voorstellingsvermogen waardoor betekenissen worden aangedragen, zoals we deze aantreffen in betekenisverlenende psychische processen, symbolisatie dmv spel en bovenal de moederlijke dromerij.
Summary
The author defends the primacy of the imaginary. From the beginning, the original imaginary [capacity] catalyses psychic development, while at the same time is being castrated in its omnipotence and giving way to two configurations : the magic imaginary, site of archaic imaginary residues, and the symbolising imaginary, a function of symbolisation by the associative significance-bearing representation, at work in a number of psychic processes such as the search for meaning, symbolisation in playing, and especially, maternal reverie.
