Essais d’élaboration théorique des thérapies conjointes :magie ou psychanalyse ?
Résumé
Dans le but de développer les hypothèses avancées dans un précédent article, l'auteur s'interroge sur la psychodynamique de la "mise en acte" dans les thérapies conjointes. Un événement traumatique et/ou un message transgénérationnel sont ingérables psychiquement par l'enfant et restent comme traces perceptives dans la mémoire infantile (selon R. Roussillon). L'analyste, par son interprétation de la mise en acte, remet en chantier les mécanismes de transformation des traces perceptives et permet leur intégration dans la trame des autres représentations et leur inscription dans la mémoire historique. Deux cas cliniques illustrent cette thèse.

De auteur wil nagaan of de hypothesen die ze in een voorgaand artikel maakte, verder zouden kunnen uitgebouwd worden. Meer bepaald stelt ze zich vragen over de psychodynamiek van de "theatralisatie" die voorkomt in de therapieën van de ouders-kind relatie.
Een traumatische gebeurtenis en/of een transgenerationele boodschap zijn voor het kind onbeheersbaar en blijven, volgens Roussillon, in het infantiel geheugen bestaan als waarnemingssporen. Door zijn interpretatie van het "theatraal spel" brengt de analyticus de transformatie van deze waarnemingssporen weer op gang, vergemakkelijkt hij hun symbolisatie en hun inschrijving in het psychisch geheugen. Dit alles wordt door twee klinische gevallen geillustreerd.
Summary
The psychodynamics of the "enactment" occurring in the parent-child therapies are examined by the author, in order to develop the suppositions made in a preceding paper. A traumatic event and/or a transgenerational message cannot be psychically worked through by the child and remain as perceptional traces in the infantile memory (according to R. Roussillon). By his interpretation of the "enactment" is the analyst able to resume the transformation of these perceptional traces and allow their integration in the representational world, their symbolisation and their recording in the historic memory. Two clinical vignettes illustrate this.
