Dynamique des thérapies psychanalytiques de la relation précoce parents-enfant
Résumé
Les facteurs psycho-dynamiques qui permettent de débloquer le conflit de l'interaction dans les thérapies de la relation précoce parents-enfant sont étudiés dans cet article. L'auteur suggère que l'effet thérapeutique résulte d'une "mise en scène" du conflit, sorte de théâtralisation par l'enfant lui-même. Ce dernier, en se manifestant à un moment précis et significatif du discours parental, met le conflit interactionnel en évidence et permet au thérapeute de décoder le message, d'élaborer les émotions projetées en lui et d'interpréter les mobiles inconscients des différents participants au "jeu scénique".
Samenvatting
De psycho-dynamische elementen die het konflikt in de ouders-kind interaktie kunnen oplossen door analytische therapiën van de vroege moeder-kind relatie, worden in dit artiekel bestudeerd. De schrijver maakt de hypothese dat het therapeutisch effekt bekomen wordt door een soort "theatralisatie" van het konflikt, teweeg gebracht door het kind zelf. Dankzij zijn tussenkomst, op een bepaald en betekenisvol moment in het ouderlijk verhaal, maakt het kind het konflikt zichtbaar en geeft zo, aan de therapeut de gelegenheid om de boodschap te begrijpen, de in hem geprojekteerde emoties te verwerken en de onbewuste motivaties van de deelnemers aan het "theatraal spel", te interpreteren.
Summary
The psycho-dynamic elements allowing to relaese the interaction's conflict by psychoanalytical therapies of the early mother-child relationship, are studied in this paper. The author, suggest that therapeutical effect is obtained by a kind of "theatralisation" of the conflict by the child himself. By intervening at a particular and meaningfull moment in the parental discourse, the child brings the conflict forward an allows the therapist to understand the message, to elaborate the affects projected into him and to interprete the unconscious motivations of the different participants to the "scenic game".
