Résumé
Les problématiques narcissiques sont envisagées dans la double perspective des défaillances du fonctionnement symbolique et des troubles de la relation à l'objet qui les caractérise.
La prise en compte du transfert des avatars de la relation primaire à l'objet dans la situation analytique permet de théoriser une approche technique qui porte sur la fonction médiatrice de l'analyste dans un processus de symbolisation.

De narcistische problemen worden vanuit een tweevoudig perspektief belicht : de haperingen in het symbolisch functioneren enerzijds en de stoornissen in de objectrelatie, die er het kenmerk van zijn, anderzijds.
Door rekening te houden met de diverse verschijningsvormen van de primaire objectrelatie die in de overdracht te voorschijn komen, kunnen we tot een theorievorming komen van de technische benadering omtrent de bemiddelende functie van de psychoanalyticus in het symbolisatieproces.

Narcissistic problems are considered from the perspective of failures in symbolic functioning and the disturbances in object-relations which are characteristic of them.
In the transference, taking account of the evolution of primitive object-relations in the analytic situation permits theorisation of a technical approach based upon the analyst's mediating function in the process of symbolisation.
