« De l’hospitalité dans la clinique psychanalytique aujourd’hui »
Résumé
Dans cet article l’auteur parle de patients qui n’ont pas intériorisé la représentation d’un espace traditionnel comme celui d’un « chez soi », d’un « foyer ». De ce fait, ces patients sont incapables d’accepter le cadre analytique habituel. Il serait inexact d’interpréter leur difficulté d’accepter ce cadre comme une résistance à l’analyse. Dans ces cas, le travail analytique consisterait d’abord à construire avec eux un lieu historique, celui de la relation analytique, avant d’aborder le travail psychanalytique classique.
Samenvatting
In dit artikel bespreekt de auteur patiënten die de voorstelling van een transitionele ruimte, zoiets als “thuis” of “onder ons”, niet geïnternaliseerd hebben. Daardoor zijn deze patiënten niet in staat het analytische kader aan te nemen. Het zou onjuist zijn hun moeilijkheden ten aanzien van dit kader te interpreteren als weerstand tegen de analyse. In die gevallen zou het analytische werk er in eerste instantie in moeten bestaan van samen met hen een historische ruimte te bouwen, namelijk deze van de analytische relatie, alvorens het klassieke analytische werk aan te vangen.
Summary
The author presents in this paper patients who have not interiorized the representation of a traditional “at home” space. Thus these patients are unable to accept the traditional analytic setting. Analysts are wrong if they interpret this impossibility as a resistance to analysis. For a long period of analysis the work consists to create a historical place, the one of the analytic relation, before the classical psychoanalytic work can start.
