De la mise en acte à la mise en scène
Résumé
Cet article est une réflexion qui – partant de la clinique – tente de mettre en forme un questionnement lié à l'existence de phases difficiles – marquées par la non-mentalisation – qui peuvent émerger dans la relation analytique analysant-analyste.
Ces phases font apparaître chez l'analysant des failles dans l'édification précoce de la personnalité, notamment au niveau de la fonction contenante pare-excitante liée aux identifications primaires.
Lorsque de tels registres se manifestent, la capacité de rêverie de l'analyste est particulièrement stimulée pour donner sens à l'excès de souffrance non élaborée et prendre en relais les carences du monde imaginaire et de l'élaboration mentale de l'analysant.
Samenvatting
In de relatie analysand-analyticus kunnen zich moeilijke fasen voordoen te wijten aan een niet voldoende op gang komen van de mentaliseringsprocessen. Aan de hand van klinische gegevens stelt de auteur van dit artikel zich vragen die daaromtrent oprijzen.
Uit deze fasen blijkt dat er bij de analysand zwakke schakels voorkomen in de vroege opbouw van de persoonlijkheid, meer bepaald op het niveau van de bevattende, prikkeling-werende functie die verwijst naar de primaire identificaties.
Wanneer we op dergelijke ervaringsgevene stoten, wordt het vermogen van de analyticus tot "dromerij" bizonder gestimuleerd om betekenis te kunnen geven aan de overmaat van niet verwerkt lijden. Daarbij moet de analyticus bij de patient het te kort schieten van de imaginaire wereld en de mentalisering proberen goed te maken.
Summary
This article is a reflection which, starting from clinical experience, makes an attempt to formulate questions around the existence of difficult phases, distinguished by non-mentalisation, which can emerge in the relationship between analysand and analyst.
The periods bring to light failures in early structuring of the personality of the analysand, particularly at the level of the function of container and instinct barrier, linked with primary identifications.
When such tonalities manifest themselves, the analyst's capacity for reverie is particularly stimulated in order to give sense to the excess of unelaborated suffering and help out with the insufficiencies of the world of imagination and of the mental elaboration of the analysand.
